This is an oddball collection of 'definitive' issues. They do not of themselves form a definitive series. Each one simply came on stream and unlike commemoratives, were printed (or were intended to be printed) for a considerable time. There is a modest aviation theme, perhaps intentional, in the 1957/8 tranche. The war-memorial pair is an interesting stamp, the double design was intentional it was in fact more often posted as an 11d value.
